Yogi Warrior Classic Class

Our classic warrior class is designed for all levels and consists of approximately 26 poses. Our standard class combines elements of Bikram and Vinyasa for a powerful series that will benefit both your mind and body.

One of our Yogi Warrior Classes condensed to 45 minutes to accommodate the person on the go.

Yogi Warrior Sculpt

60 MINUTES

Yogi Warrior Sculpt consists of yoga, cardio, and weightlifting for an entire body workout. This class complements your typical yoga practice, while increasing your strength, flexibility and boosting your metabolism.

Yogi Warrior Vinyasa

60 MINUTES

Yogi Warrior Vinyasa is a series of poses that will move you through the power of synchronized breath. Vinyasa movements are referred to as Vinyasa Flow and allow you to explore new transitions and movement.
